Registration Agreement Terms 1. Advertisers must be 18 years old or older. 2. Advertisers are completely responsible for working out the sale and exchange of goods. 3. Advertisers must resolve any disputes that may arise from any transactions. 4. Advertisers are responsible for all applicable taxes and costs incurred by participating in this site. HubPH.com only acts as a venue which allows registered users to advertise almost anything at anytime. HubPH.com does not handle the goods, nor does it transact the buyer-seller payment. Instead, much like newspaper want-ads, sellers rely on the buyers good faith to make payment, and buyers rely on the sellers good faith to actually deliver the goods intact. While the administrators of this site will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made here express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators or moderators and hence will not be held liable. You also agree not to advertise any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Prohibited items in HubPH.com are the following, 1. Any item that is harmful to minors, obscene or otherwise objectionable. 2. Sales or promotion of certain weapons, such as firearms, ammunition, balisongs, butterfly knives, and brass knuckles. 3. Explosive device. 4. Cigarettes. 5. Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia 6. Prescription drugs. 7. Unauthorized copies of software, music, video games, photos or other media. 8. Stolen items. 9. Endangered animals. 10. Any items used for hacking. 11. Bodies, body parts, bodily fluids. 12. Fake IDs. 13. Gambling or casino-related content. 14. Any form of prostitution, pornography, adult, or mature content. 15. Items that will aid in theft or violence. 16. Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others 17. Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol. 18. Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products. 19. Sales or promotion of prescription drugs 20. Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods. 21. Sale of smuggled goods. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the administrators and moderators of this site have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the administrators and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. You also understand and agree that the Service may include banner and graphical advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for HubPH.com to provide the Service.
