Basic Qualification Requirements
- Car models 1991 up
- Mayor’s permit or Bank statement if with business
- Copy of Employment Certification & pay slip, if employed
- Latest picture of vehicle
- Original OR / CR upon release of loan proceeds
- Stencil of Motor & Chassis No. from LTO Blue Form
- TIN
- Original Community Certificate ( Cedula )
- Co-Maker not required
Basic Documentary Requirements
- Completely filled-up Application Form
- 2x2 Pictures of signatories ( two copies )
- Photo of two (2) valid ID’s ( Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License, SSS, Voter’s ID) etc.
- Proof of Billing (Latest Electricity & Water) ( If billing statement is NOT in the name of the Company/Borrower; attach any billing statement under company/Borrower’s name with same address).
COLLATERAL : Original OR / CR & PDC’s
INTEREST RATE : 6 years above - 2.5% per month
5 years below - 2% per month
Surplus vehicle 2.5% regardless of terms
PROCESSING FEE : 5.5%
LOANABLE AMOUNT : PhP 30,000.00 – PhP 1,000,000.00
( 50% of the appraisal value )

- Tax Identification Number
- Original Community Certificate ( Cedula )
- Co-Maker not required
